Can I use Office365 or Google Suite emails with my hosting?
All of our hosting plans can be hooked up to 3rd party email services with minimal effort. We prefer our clients use 3rd party email for many reasons that we won’t go into right now but we’re happy to discuss your options. We’re also a Google Suite re-seller and can hook up your emails and move them over for you. Contact us about a FREE Google Suite email set up and/or migration.

Where are your hosting server located?
Our server fleet are primarily located in the Equnix SY4 data center in Sydney, Australia. This ensures all of our customers, the best response/ping times possible.

What about back ups?
We take daily full account “Disaster Recovery” snapshots and these are held for a period of 30 days on a rolling basis. This means that you don’t need to rely on any 3rd party backup plugins, we do it all for you. All of these backups are also available in cPanel as well – so you have direct access to roll back your website / database at any time.

What security measures do you run on your servers to prevent malicious attacks?
We run a complementary suite of plugins and software starting real-time file scanning (anti-malware and anti-virus) to ensure that your website is kept as safe as possible from malicious activity.

Do you offer any SLA guarantees?
We don’t offer any SLA on our shared hosting services as such. We’ve never really needed to either – we have one of the most rock-solid hosting platforms you can get. If do you require a guaranteed SLA, please contact us for a quote on a dedicated VPS with a guaranteed Service Level Agreement.
